HOW LONG DOES EACH COACHING SESSION TAKE?

Each coaching session is an hour long.

IS COACHING VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON?

Both options are available. I am more than happy to schedule a virtual visit with you and I also have an office location for in-person visits. See available office location here.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE CONSULTATION?

Yes, I set up 20 minute free consultations over the phone to determine if an in-person hour long consultation will be scheduled to determine if it is a good client/coach match. Contact me for your FREE 20 minute consultation.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

I I accept self-pay via Venmo, Zelle or check.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

No I do not currently accept insurance.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSIONS?

Payment is due prior to first session.
